Adorable Bay Mare

This is Randi, a 15-year-old bay who stands at 15.3 hh. I have had her for two years now, and she is such a loving horse who cares about her rider. Even though she takes a little getting used, on both sides, she is a mare who will give her 100% and give back what she is receiving. She loves kids, and adults! I have had my mom, dad, brother, sister (and her friends) ride Randi and she has never tried anything! Randi is definitely a kids horse, so a family with children is a must. She has a great pattern on barrels, been around cows and guns, been in water twice, participated in parades, and is stellar on trails but does get a little stubborn out on her own. She stands for the farrier, vet, and grooming time. I do usually put shoes on all four feet, including pads in the front since she can get pretty stone sore. UTD on all shots and farrier visits. I usually work her harder in the summer, and lay low during the winter, so she is a bit round right now, but nothing a couple weeks of work couldn’t fix up! I am so torn with selling her, but I am ready for a step up and she deserves a loving home with children who climb around, want to learn how to ride, and love her unconditionally, just as I have for the past 2 years.
