Thoroughbred Gelding for Sale in San Tan Valley, AZ
This is the hardest decision I have ever had too make, but here it is. 14 year old thoroughbred. He's sound, kid safe and absolutely gorgeous! He is a retired barrel racing horse due too founder in both of his front feet. This horse is absolutely amazing! He neck reins, is extremely good with kids, my 3year old niece used to run barrels on him. He's a been there done that kinda horse. From trail rides to gymkhanas, to swimming, he can do it all. Because of his founder, he gets sore pretty fast but is great for short trail rides or for kids or as a companion horse. Only reason I have too let him go, is because I started school and don't can't give him the time and attention he loves and deserves anymore. $500 is only as a re-homing fee. Only selling too an approved home too. This horse deserves the best and since I can no longer give it too him, I'll only let him go to someone who can.
About San Tan Valley, AZ
San Tan Valley derives its name from the nearby San Tan Mountains. The origin of the name San Tan is disputed, with suggestions ranging from a corruption of the name Santa Ana to the last name of George Santan, prior postmaster in nearby Gila County. Previously referred to as San Tan Heights, San Tan Foothills, Greater San Tan and simply the San Tan Area, the community lacked any official name and residents used nearby Queen Creek for their mailing addresses. To coincide with the addition of a new ZIP code for the community on July 1, 2009, the United States Postal Service was petitioned to provide the area with a new name. As part of the initial request, "Bella Vista" name was submitted to the postal service, drawing the ire of some local residents who opposed the suggested name.
