Arabian Gelding for Sale in Houston, TX
Cade is a beautiful 7 year old half Arabian/Quarter horse with a white blaze and star and is 14 hands tall. He has had 60 days professional training and has such a smooth trot you hardly feel it. I bought him when he was 2 years old and has no soundness issues at all, and has a ton of energy and is a pocket rocket. He needs an experienced rider as he's still very green, and can get nervous in new situations and I haven't really done anything with him in about a year. (My doc told me no more riding.) He is an excellent endurance prospect and is as sweet as can be, just needs more time than I can give him anymore between school, work and my kiddo. Will talk your ear off when he sees you coming and loves to be petted.
Pretty heartbroken to see him go but it's not fair to keep him up all the time with nothing to do. MUST go to a good home and serious inquires only! You can contact me at 713-998-1***8 or by e-mail. Thanks!

About Houston, TX
Historical affiliations Republic of Texas 1836–1846 United States of America 1846–1861 Confederate States of America 1861–1865 United States of America 1865–present The Allen brothers— Augustus Chapman and John Kirby—explored town sites on Buffalo Bayou and Galveston Bay. According to historian David McComb, "[T]he brothers, on August 26, 1836, bought from Elizabeth E. Parrott, wife of T.F.L. Parrott and widow of John Austin, the south half of the lower league [2,214-acre (896 ha) tract] granted to her by her late husband. They paid $5,000 total, but only $1,000 of this in cash; notes made up the remainder." The Allen brothers ran their first advertisement for Houston just four days later in the Telegraph and Texas Register, naming the notional town in honor of President Sam Houston.
