Dutch Warmblood Gelding for Sale in San Francisco, CA
Bridon is a rising 5 years old Black 16.3hh KWPN gelding by Lord Leatherdale x Negro and out of a Casa Grande V mare, so he is dressage and jumping bred.
Bridon has a big walk, he over tracks in the trot and he has a massive canter. He also has a big scopey jump to the point he jumped over the 5 bar gate and out my school. He is green and wobbly and requires a competent amateur looking to compete or he is also quality enough for a professional. His neck is set on beautifully and he looks like a stallion.
Bridon struggles a bit in my school as it is small for him and he would benefit from someone prepared to give him a bit of time to slowly mature and do some hacking with him and get him moving forwards and see the world. He has been hacked about with other horses and on his own with someone walking on foot as I live on a main road with a 60mph speed limit. He is not phased by traffic at all.
He is good to clip, box, shoe and catch, he has a very sweet loving nature.
He was recently vetted and he has a full set of good x-rays. He has had his teeth done and wolf teeth removed.
No novices as he is a baby horse that needs educating. He will be a serious contender for age classes either late this year or as a 6yo. Grab a bargain as this time next year he will be stunning. He is not a horse to rush right now though. No vices, clean limbed and not a mark on him.
Bridon will excel in any sphere with the right owner, super event / dressage prospect.
Please no time wasters or joyriders as that would be unfair on the horse. The correct home is the most important thing.
I work shifts so I am not always able to answer my phone so leave me a message or a text and I will get back to you. Thank you for looking.

About San Francisco, CA
Historical affiliations Spanish Empire 1776–1821 First Mexican Empire 1821–1823 United Mexican States 1823–1848 United States 1848–present The earliest archaeological evidence of human habitation of the territory of the city of San Francisco dates to 3000 BC. The Yelamu group of the Ohlone people resided in a few small villages when an overland Spanish exploration party, led by Don Gaspar de Portolá, arrived on November 2, 1769, the first documented European visit to San Francisco Bay. Seven years later, on March 28, 1776, the Spanish established the Presidio of San Francisco, followed by a mission, Mission San Francisco de Asís (Mission Dolores), established by the Spanish explorer Juan Bautista de Anza. Upon independence from Spain in 1821, the area became part of Mexico. Under Mexican rule, the mission system gradually ended, and its lands became privatized.
