Appaloosa Mare for Sale in Nacogdoches, TX
I have given Moon a rock solid foundation and as much experience as possible. I ride her at least four days out of the week with various types of riding. She thoroughly enjoys jumping both in the arena, but more so out on the cross-country course (jumped up to 2'9). I have trailered her frequently to different locations and show type environments, which makes her an easy traveller and she adjusts quickly to new surroundings. She's nice to take on trail rides and I have also ridden her bareback for fun. She's not one to buck or bolt if a rider makes a mistake. She's very forgiving and has excellent ground manners. If she had the choice she would rather be groomed and fed treats.
Moon is at a perfect age and I have her in top physical condition, all she needs now is the right partner to take her to compete. She is currently kept in the pasture with yearlings because she enjoys babysitting, though she has never been bred. No papers on her and she is not registered. Not full appy but appy X quarter horse. White coat in winter and blueish marbling pattern on chest and tail area in summer. Stands at 14.3 hands. Show her in a pony class, shoe her then show her in a horse class! All in all she is a respectable, athletic little mare. I am in college and she was my project because I enjoy training, so it is best to contact me via email if you would like to come and see her in Nacogdoches! We may relocate to Dallas in April.

About Nacogdoches, TX
Local promotional literature from the Nacogdoches Convention and Visitors Bureau describes Nacogdoches as “the oldest town in Texas”. Evidence of settlement at the same site dates back to 10,000 years ago. It is near or on the site of Nevantin, the primary village of the Nacogdoche tribe of Caddo Indians. Nacogdoches remained a Caddo Indian settlement until the early 19th century. In 1716, Spain established a mission there, Misión Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe.
