OWHATANIGHT PTHA 2007 BLACK/OVERO GELDING
"Lucas" is a six year black tobiano gelding. He is registered PtHA and his registration number is #145366. He's been in training with a world class rider for five months and will be until sold. Stands between 14'2" and 15 hands depending on circumstances. Would make an excellent hunter pony, kids horse, and wonderful starter. Solid, 10+++ mover with all the right looks in the ring. W/T/C and started over two foot fences. Already getting lead changes and solid in showmanship. Does equitation at horse shows and is a wiz at patterns. He has been too a few shows and just keeps getting better and better. His biggest achievements include first out of 23 in showmanship, firsts and seconds in all flat classes, undefeated in Equitation patterns, and won our bareback class. We even won overall grand champion highpoint and only showed half the day. He is fun to ride on trails, no spook, and we take him in the pond often. He clips, bathes, crossties, and loads. UTD on coggins, teeth cleaned in April, Lyme Disease vaccination, and even Chiropractor visit to find any weak spots- found NONE. Email at aasteffenhagen6***@eagle.fgcu.edu if interested. Asking Price is $5,000 and he's located in Punta Gorda FL (33982) You can view his youtube playlist at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cfP9t-b1SpQ&list=PLt_Pp14g07z10BdUAL57c60q9NjPJZ844

About Punta Gorda, FL
The name Punta Gorda ("Fat Point") has been on maps at least since 1851, referring to a point of land that juts into Charlotte Harbor, an estuary off the Gulf of Mexico. It was in the late 1800s that early settlers began to arrive in what is the present-day Punta Gorda area. Frederick and Jarvis Howard, Union Army veterans, homesteaded an area south of the Peace River near present-day Punta Gorda about a decade after the close of the Civil War. In 1876, James and Josephine Lockhart bought land and built a house on property which is now at the center of the city. Approximately two years later Lockhart sold his claim to James Madison Lanier, a hunter and trapper.
