His sire is Thunder Gulch, winner of the Kentucky Derby and Belmont Stakes. His dam is a multiple stakes winning producer, including multiple graded stakes winner Vow. His granddam, Great Lady M, is a multiple stakes winner and also the dam of Horse of the Year Ladys Secret. Other stakes winners in his first three generations including Thunder Gulch, Missy Slew, Gulch, Seattle Slew, Great Lady M, Mr. Prospector, Jameela, Storm Bird, Shoot A Line, Bold Reasoning, My Charmer, and Icecapade.
