Missouri Fox Trotter Mare for Sale in Carrollton, OH
I have been released from the hospital & forced into a lifestyle change
because of serious health issues. I have to give up my two beautiful
mother - black - broke -15 / daughter - Palomino - NotBroke - 8 -
mare horses. They may go together or separate. If they go together~we
will give a discount. Because I have to get someone here to show them,
please do not schedule to see them if you~re not ready to get a horse ~
meaning if you have no funds for a horse or place to keep one. Write us
for an appointment and we'll be happy to show them. We are free to show
them the week of Dec. 20 th - 26 th, 2010. Thanks
About Carrollton, OH
The village was established as "Centreville" on October 4, 1815 at the crossroads of the Steubenville to Canton and New Lisbon to New Philadelphia roads by Peter Bohart. After the village became the county seat of newly formed Carroll County, the village name was changed on February 24, 1834. The village derives its name from Charles Carroll of Carrollton, the last surviving signer of the Declaration of Independence. Many of the Fighting McCooks of Civil War fame lived in Carrollton. The Daniel McCook House is listed as a National Historic Place.
