Mustang Stallion for Sale in Freeburg, IL
Bandit is a 15 year old sorrel paint BLM mustang. He is ridden western,
is a bit spooky and needs more work. He~s a quick learner and is very
aware of his surroundings. I know with the right training Bandit will be
awesome in whatever he does. Bandit picks up his feet for the farrier,
stands tied, exposed to dogs and cattle and no problems loading into
the trailer. He currently boards with other horses that come and go and
I have had no problems with him trying to establish a pecking order.
He~s probably in the middle of the herd somewhere where ranking goes.
His health is excellent and is current on vaccinations, worming and
Coggins Test. No vices. I am selling him cause I will be moving
to Alaska. I want to ensure he goes to a good loving home.

About Freeburg, IL
Freeburg lies in the fertile and rolling southern Illinois plains between the Kaskaskia and Mississippi Rivers. It was platted in 1836 as the town of Urbana by immigrants to this area from Virginia around 1800. The first European settlers of Freeburg were of English and Irish ancestry. There were five migratory Indian tribes that crisscrossed each other in Illinois; the Peorias, Cahokias, Kaskaskias, Tamaroas, and Michiganics. It is said that Turkey Hill north of town was a popular Indian campground that also attracted many early settlers because of the view it provided of the surrounding countryside.
