Appendix Stallion for Sale in Hernando, MS
He is bred very well and it shows when you are around him. Moose has a
star and snip on his face and light black stockings. He is a big stocky
and flashy gelding. He stands for the farrier well and stands while you
saddle, groom, or whatever. He loves baths and to be brushed and loved
on. I currently trail ride him and ride him about twice a week in the
arena to keep him in shape. A typical ride consists of a warm up walk,
long trotting, loping, then a cool down walk. Call to come try him
out anytime! Im in Hernando and I have a private arena. He will need
some sort of experienced rider because of his size and strength. I had
him trimmed at the beginning of May, I wormed him on May 14 th. He is
completely sound. Call Ashley 901- 488-9***6

About Hernando, MS
At the time of encounters by French and Spanish colonists, the Chickasaw people had long inhabited this area. France had developed colonial settlements along the Gulf Coast, to the north on the middle Mississippi River in what was called the Illinois Country, and in New France (present-day Quebec in Canada). An 18th-century French colonial log house (see first photo in gallery below) in Hernando is a reminder of typical dwellings built in their settlements in the Illinois country, such as in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. The French and French Canadians had a wide trading network with various American Indian tribes along this river, for instance in Natchez.
