Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in White Plains, KY
Misty is a rescue. She was attacked by a stallion leaving a large hole
in her neck. With our help she has healed and only has a small dimple in
it now. She is bomb proff due to all the care and daily handling. You
can do absolutily anything with her or to her. She will make a great
family horse. She is very calm, trust worthy, and smart. She hould
mature at around 15 hands and be very blocky. She looks like she is out
of registered stock but no way of knowing for sure. She is very pretty
and will make someone a nice loyal friend and mount.

About White Plains, KY
White Plains was established in 1853, and was originally known as "Little Prairie." With the arrival of the railroad in 1870, Little Prairie became the shipping point for a community then known as "White Plains" (modern Fruit Hill) further to the south in Christian County, and thus became known as "White Plains Station," or "New White Plains." When the postmaster of the Christian County community renamed it "Fruit Hill," the "New" was dropped from the name of the Hopkins County city.
