9 yr old registered throughbred mare. she is the mother of "Play it
Again Sam" and has pedigree that goes back to "Secretariat"
she has raced before but at the that time did not do well racing.
she has a great personality and is a bit high strung at times. she is
what i would consider green broke western, and would need an experienced
rider, some TLC, & someone that has the time to work with her everyday.
she is truly a beautiful horse. Although i have the price of my horse
listed at $1000. 00 that price is very negotiable
About Bucyrus, OH
The origin of the name Bucyrus is not certain. It was given by Col. James Kilbourne, who laid out the town in 1821. One theory is that the name Bucyrus is derived from "beautiful" coupled with the name of Cyrus the Great, founder of the First Persian Empire. An alternate theory is that the city was named after Busiris, a city of ancient Egypt.
