Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in White Plains, KY
This bay filly is registered AQHA #4982***3. She is HYPP Negative. She has
a current coggins and is ready to be taken and trained under saddle. She
has lots of speed and would probably make a good timed event horse such
as barrels with the heart that she has. She was imprinted at birth and
has been handled regularly. Angel is very easy to work with and loves
grooming and attention. She would also make a great trail horse with
training. She is very athletic and smart. She leads, loads, ties,
picks up feet and is semi good with farrier. She is easy to catch,
uptodate on worming and is sound (great feet!) . Vaccinations will be
up to new owner. Nice friendly filly with lots of potential. Call for
more pictures or info. We can ship her FREE up to 100 miles but $1.
65 mile loaded after that.

About White Plains, KY
White Plains was established in 1853, and was originally known as "Little Prairie." With the arrival of the railroad in 1870, Little Prairie became the shipping point for a community then known as "White Plains" (modern Fruit Hill) further to the south in Christian County, and thus became known as "White Plains Station," or "New White Plains." When the postmaster of the Christian County community renamed it "Fruit Hill," the "New" was dropped from the name of the Hopkins County city.
