Tennessee Walking Mare for Sale in White Plains, KY

I have lower her price so that she can find a home with someone who has the time to finish her. She will stand for saddling, mounting, walks in the round pen. Needs to be put in her faster gaits and taken on trail rides. Feather is a 2 year old TWH. She is 16 hh and still growing. She is a flashy mare, with great movement, and feathering around her black spots. She is easy to handle and comes right to you. She has been recently trimmed and has 30 days Pat Parrelli training in December. She is easy to load and loves grooming and attention. She is not bred at this time. If you need a nice big preety gaited mare this might be the one.

About White Plains, KY

White Plains was established in 1853, and was originally known as "Little Prairie." With the arrival of the railroad in 1870, Little Prairie became the shipping point for a community then known as "White Plains" (modern Fruit Hill) further to the south in Christian County, and thus became known as "White Plains Station," or "New White Plains." When the postmaster of the Christian County community renamed it "Fruit Hill," the "New" was dropped from the name of the Hopkins County city.
