Quarter Horse Stallion for Sale in Tehachapi, CA
Hobbys Par Twister is a flashy looking AQHA gelding. He has had a year
of training on cows and has been worked in a number of disciplines.
"Twister" has shown in Western Pleasure at local shows, done
ranch sorting and playdays at club events, and presently is working in
the high country of Tehachapi (CA) rounding up and sorting cattle. He
also has been roped off. Twister is a great grandson of both Two Eyed
Jack and Par Three. He is well mannered and would be suitable for most
level riders. He's mellow and needs little if any warm - up. He would
make a nice addition to any ranch and could do local shows.

About Tehachapi, CA
The Kawaiisu people (also Nuwu ("people" in Kawaiisu), or Nuooah) are the Native American tribe whose homeland was the Tehachapi Valley, and seasonally the southern Sierra Nevada and Mojave Desert, for thousands of years. One possibility for the origin of the name Tehachapi comes from the Kawaiisu language. It may be derived from the word for "hard climb" or tihachipia, according to the Tomi-Kahni Resource Center. The settlement has been formerly known and spelled as: Tehachapai; Tehachapa; Tehachepi; Tehachipi; and Summit Station. Previously known as 'Old Town', Tehachapi was established in the 1860s.
