Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Mountain View, AR
Diamond is a Quarter Horse / Missouri Fox Trotter Cross. She is up to
date with her Vaccinations, Deworming, and Coggins. Diamond is a stout
mare with a fairly broad chest. When she moves, her backs doesn't flinch
at all. Diamond weighs anywhere from 950 lbs. to 1050 lbs. She is NOT
broke to ride but with some training she can be. She is an easy keeper.
She gets fed All Stock once a day and gets her feet trimmed regularly.
She likes it when I play with her lips, she'll start rubbing her lips
gently on your hand. She hasn't been exposed to a lot of things so
I am desensitizing her. She isn't scared of 4- wheelers, Vehicles,
Tractors, ect. She stays with two geldings, two mares, and a donkey.
She leads well on the Halter.
About Mountain View, AR
The town's name is derived from its location in a valley bordered by the Blue Mountain Range of the Ozark Mountains. Prior to the founding of Mountain View in 1890, the town of Riggsville, established in 1819 by Thomas Augustus Riggs, existed immediately to the east remaining until after the Civil War, when towns with southern sympathies were to be renamed or moved altogether. Mountain View was incorporated on August 14, 1890. Mountain View was the location of the 1929 trial in the Connie Franklin murder case, in which the "victim" testified. A tornado on April 14, 1996, rated F4 on the Fujita scale killed NFL quarterback Kurt Warner's mother-in-law and father in-law.
