Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Oklahoma City, OK
Aero is a great little filly that needs a home with someone that has time
to work with her. She is out of Magic Rocket Bar and Par Country Girl.
She was born black and has turned a very dark bay with more black than
bay. She should be at least 15 hands like her parents. Right now she
is tall and lean. My husband had his knee replaced and is unable to
work with her, I just don't have the time. I would really like to see
her go to someone that would like a good riding companion and has the
time to work with her like a yearling needs. She has AQHA papers, but
we didn't reg her yet because she kept changing colors. Price may be
negotiable for the right person. Please call.
About Oklahoma City, OK
Oklahoma City was settled on April 22, 1889, when the area known as the " Unassigned Lands" was opened for settlement in an event known as " The Land Run". Some 10,000 homesteaders settled the area that would become the capital of Oklahoma. The town grew quickly; the population doubled between 1890 and 1900. Early leaders of the development of the city included Anton Classen, John Shartel, Henry Overholser and James W. Maney.
