Wanted-Good Beginner Horse

We are looking for a horse that is about 4-12 yrs. old. Need to be good around dogs / cows / kids. Beginner horse and up. need to be easy to take care of, as in trailering / farrier / clipping / bathing. Temperament needs to be low about 6 and down. He / she will be alone a bit of the time in the pastures with cows. We would like if the horse would be easy to catch to an extant so no running around for the horse except maybe a bit. the horse need to be at least 15. 3 hands and at the most 16. 3 hands. Doesn't matter is gelding or mare. on east coast.
