Quarter Horse Filly (Yearling)

"Rain" is full Quarter Horse even though she doesn't have her papers. She has good conformation and strait legs, it shows in her hooves, they wear evenly and they all look the same (hard to find in most horses) . I'm offering her cheap because she needs training. She would make a great project horse for someone with experience in training or has a good trainer for her. I'm selling her because of the usual reason, I have to many horses and don't have the time for her. Rain is healthy and sound. A good loving & caring home a must. She would make a All Around horse or any type of cow / ranch / reining / barrels etc. . . horse. Also she does have a brand on her hip that doesn't show in the photo.
