Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Troy, TX
Sassy is a registered QH. My 11 yr old son ropes off of her. Has been
taken to ropings, roped fresh cattle and trained on our hot heels. She
is quiet in the box and scores well. Very gentle but once out of the
box is fast and puts you where your supposed to be. Has a lot of flex
and a slide and stop! Great with kids. Could be used for the begginer
roper or advanced. Has also been started on barrels and poles. She's a

About Troy, TX
Troy was established around a railroad station of the Missouri–Kansas–Texas Railroad in 1882. It replaced an older village about two miles north of the current city and which is referred to as Old Troy. Originally, the new town was known as New Troy. A weekly newspaper was established at Troy in 1892. For a brief period in the 1990s, Troy renamed itself Troy Aikman, Texas, in honor of the Dallas Cowboys Super Bowl-winning quarterback.
