Andalusian Mare for Sale in Hutchins, TX
Ibera Will be breeding to our 16. 2 bay Andalusian stallion and
selling in foal for 2008! a very sweet outgoing mare, she is 14. 3h.
Registered to the IALHA. She has very beautiful baroque head, short
back, she is a compact mare. She has produced blacks, bays, greys, and
they have all matured between 15. 2 to 162h. So she can produce size,
color, disposition, and movement. She has arthritus, and it causes her
to favor her front leg. She does fine kept in a small area so she does
not have to do much walking. She was used as a childs riding horse as
well as a supreme broodmare, but she is no longer being riden because
of the arthritus.
About Hutchins, TX
The area was first inhabited by families around 1860 as a trading place for immigrants who settled along the west bank of the Trinity River and new arrivals who crossed the Trinity at Dowd's Ferry from the east. The town received its name from railroad developer William J. Hutchins, who was then President and General Manager of the Houston and Texas Central Railroad (H&TC). The railway was completed through Hutchins in 1872. That same year a post office opened in the community.
