Thoroughbred Mare for Sale in Plymouth, IN
Must Sell quick! Lisduff is her registered name and we call her Lizzy.
She has been trailed and seems to be road safe. Nothing spooks her. Her
racing career was 4 / 2002-6 / 2004. She has won approx. $18, 000 in
first place winnings only. Lizzy can be quite high strung when she wants
to. I recommend only an experienced rider. She is fast in running and
turns on a dime. While doing Barrels she pivots her back end and just
flies to the next destination. She has a shorter back and not very long
legs, so anyone wanting to train her would have an excellent Barrel
racer! We have to move and can't take her. In addition, we can't give
her what she needs. . . a very active life with a purpose to compete.

About Plymouth, IN
This area was part of the territory of the Potawatomi Native Americans, one of the historical tribes encountered by European-American settlers. In the nineteenth century, the United States government made numerous treaties to buy and extinguish Native American claims to land in the former Northwest Territory and the Southeast. Marshall County was formed in 1836, during the early years of settlement and before the forced removal of the Potawatomi people in 1838. It was named for U.S. Chief Justice John Marshall, who died in 1835.
