Mustang Stallion for Sale in Cave Junction, OR
This regal dun colt's presence, movement and natural ability are simply
astounding! It's not often that a young colt of this age really has the
ability to inspire awe - but this one does. Foaled by Kitten, whose
fillies have been tested and shown positive for the D1 genotype, this
proud yet friendly colt shows well his commanding Spanish heritage. Halter
broke and handled.

About Cave Junction, OR
For thousands of years, the Takelma Indians inhabited the Illinois Valley. Their culture was destroyed when gold was discovered in the early 1850s, causing the subsequent Rogue River Wars. After an 1853 treaty, most of the Takelmas lived on the Table Rock Reservation. In 1856, after the wars ended, they were moved to the Grand Ronde Reservation and the Siletz Reservation. The first gold in Oregon history was found in the Illinois Valley, as well as the largest gold nugget (17 lb or 7.7 kg).
