Tennessee Walking Stallion for Sale in Sparta, TN
Image is linebred old Foundation Ebony lines - - - no modern showlines.
He is refined & high - headed, with a long slender neck, & short -
coupling. He has BIG motor, lots of "GO", is very bold,
& actually LIKES trying new things - - - (Trainer said he was very
"game"!) - - - making him an EXCELLENT Versatility prospect .
This is a brainy colt, with lots of personality - - - - very much the
"in your pocket" type! He also has enough style & talent for
Country Pleasure / Plantation. Image has had 90 days with a professional
TWH Trainer, & just needs finishing out. My ONLY reason for selling is
that he is "too much horse" for my 8 yr. old grandaughter to
ride & show. If not sold soon, Image will be going back to the Trainer's
& his price will go up accordingly. I may trade for an older, sedate,
child - proof horse, suitable for Youth Country pleasure. Please e -
mail for pedigree. . . .
About Sparta, TN
Sparta was established in 1809 as a county seat for White County, which had been created in 1806. The city was named after the ancient Greek city-state Sparta. Sparta nearly became the capital of the state of Tennessee, as, early in the history of Tennessee, the state legislature voted to choose a location for the permanent state capital. The final vote resulted in a near tie between Sparta and Nashville. Sparta lost to Nashville by one vote.
